ABOUT US

Our primary aim is to service the Commercial / Industrial community of Trinidad & Tobago by providing a comprehensive spare part manufacturing and Machine shop service to cater for any type of Industrial plant and Machinery.

The company was started over ten years ago. During this time it has seen rapid growth in the Industry. We pride ourselves on timely delivery and most important, Quality workmanship. The range of services offered has expanded over the years in response to customer's requirements. We presently occupy a very modern workshop of over 18,000 sq. ft. on a two acre site in the heart of the Point Lisas Industrial Estate. Our range of equipment is also extremely diversified as is the variety of machinery components which we are capable of manufacturing or repairing.

QUALITY

Quality is taken very seriously at Qualitech Machining Services Limited. As a matter of fact since we started business, it has always been our number one priority! The word 'Qualitech' is actually a combination of the words 'Quality' and 'Technology'. This has been embedded in everything we do.

The company was ISO 9001:2000 certified by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance in 2002. Our Quality Management System is the umbrella under which we operate. For example all measuring instruments used are serial numbered and individual calibration logs are maintained for each instrument at regular fixed intervals. Calibrations are traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). All jobs carried out are subjected to in process and final Quality assurance checks against specifications and are guaranteed to be within customer’s specifications. Jobs undertaken are done under our ISO 9001:2000 format. The company has implemented documentation and manuals, which define our procedures and policies as part of our Quality Management System. We are presently implementing a HSE system which will be later integrated with our ISO system.
